General Terms and Conditions
1.1. In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Fika Home Living Warehouse E-Shop Special Terms (defined below) (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), "Fika Home Living Warehouse" or "we" refers to Equity Profit Limited, and "customer" or "you" refers to any individual, organization, or company ordering goods or services from us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our E-shop. By using the E-shop or any part of it, you signify that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. We will make every effort to ensure that the prices and information of the products listed on the E-shop are up to date. We reserve the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. We may decide, at our sole discretion, whether to accept all orders based on stock availability. Product prices on the E-shop may vary from our physical stores and website, with the price shown on the E-shop on the day of the order being the prevailing price.
1.3. We will make every effort to ensure that the products listed on the E-shop are available in stock. If any product is unavailable due to stock shortages, we reserve the right to provide a similar type and price product as a replacement.
1.4. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, we reserve the right to reject the order.
2. User Registration
2.1. You must register with Fika Home Living Warehouse E-shop to become a user and be able to order products or services from the E-shop. By registering, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information as required;
• Safeguard your registration phone number, email address, and password adequately;
• Ensure that only you or authorized persons use your registration phone number and password to log into the E-shop;
• We reserve the absolute discretion to reject any new user applications and terminate any registered users without providing any reasons.
2.2. If there are any changes to the information you provided during registration, you can log into your account to update it or notify Fika Home Living Warehouse customer service immediately by phone or email to ensure that we can provide you with the latest information.
3. Privacy Protection
To safeguard your privacy rights regarding personal data, we ensure that our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access to personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of Hong Kong. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement.
4. Others
4.1. Force Majeure: We will not be liable to users or any third party for any liability due to force majeure reasons (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any circumstances beyond our control) that prevent us from accurately providing the products or services you require.
4.2. Without our prior written consent, you may not assign, transfer, or otherwise transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.
4.3. If any term of these Terms and Conditions is interpreted as illegal or invalid, such term shall be deleted and shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other terms of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between both parties, replacing all previous discussions, statements, agreements, and agreements.
4.5. We reserve the right to modify, change, or supplement any terms under these Terms and Conditions with prior notice.
4.6. In case of any dispute, we reserve the final decision-making authority.
4.7. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and both you and we are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may make corrections to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
5. Ordering Information
5.1. The E-shop only accepts orders for delivery to specified delivery addresses in Hong Kong or for self-pickup at the Fika Home Living Warehouse physical store in Hong Kong. Delivery service is not available for outlying islands or other designated locations.
5.2. By ordering products from us, you agree to submit a shopping request to us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and authorize us to deliver to your specified delivery address or designated physical store for pickup. Upon receiving the order, we will notify you and confirm the order receipt. This reply does not indicate that we have accepted the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services ordered or due to payment issues caused by the credit card used or any other reason, we reserve the right to reject the order. If we cannot provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email.
5.3. Once your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm the order acceptance with you and notify you of the delivery/pickup time and date at the designated physical store.
6. Others
6.1. Until you have fully paid for the purchased products, we retain ownership of the products, and the related ownership and risk will be deemed transferred to you upon delivery of the products to the courier. Ownership of any products you purchase is transferred when we hand over the products to the delivery personnel.
6.2. The selling price displayed on the E-shop is final.
6.3. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any loss of income (whether direct or indirect), profits, or any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of transactions between you and us.
Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program Terms and Conditions
Your participation in the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program is subject to these Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By applying to become a member of the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and are bound by them.

Application of Terms
1.1. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Fika Home Living Warehouse. These Terms may be modified from time to time without prior notice. If feasible, we will notify you of major modifications to these Terms.
1.2. We will periodically add participating merchants to provide members with more rewards and exclusive benefits. -
Membership Application
2.1. To join the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program, applicants must fill out a membership application form on the Fika Home Living Warehouse website to become an information member.
2.2. You warrant and declare that the information provided on the application form is true, accurate, and complete.
2.3. If there are any changes to the data provided on the application form, you agree to notify us immediately. We will not be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, or lawsuits arising from your omissions, negligence, and/or failure to provide us with the latest information, the accuracy, and completeness of that data, within the bounds of the law.
2.4. The information you provide when applying to become a member will help us carefully select and provide you with offers that are of interest and value to you. For how we use your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
2.5. We reserve the absolute discretion to refuse and/or withdraw any membership applications and terminate and/or cancel any membership without providing any reasons. -
Security and Protection of Member Account Password
3.1. To safeguard your privacy rights regarding personal data, we ensure that our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access to personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of Hong Kong. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement.
3.2. Members are responsible for safeguarding the password, phone number, and email address used to log in to the electronic member account, keeping it confidential, and updating the password regularly. If a member has reason to believe that their account password, phone number, or email address has been disclosed to unauthorized individuals or that their electronic member account has been subject to unauthorized access and use, the member should immediately call the Fika Home Living Warehouse customer service hotline to notify us.
3.3. Members are responsible for properly safeguarding their member account and password to ensure the security of the account and password. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages directly or indirectly caused by or related to any loss or damage due to other circumstances, including but not limited to: disclosure of the phone number, email, and/or password used to log into the electronic member account to unauthorized individuals; and/or unauthorized login to the electronic member account. -
Returns, Cancellations, or Termination of Membership
4.1. If a member wishes to cancel their Fika Home Living Warehouse membership, they should call the Fika Home Living Warehouse customer service hotline to handle it. The membership will be terminated immediately. -
Limitation of Legal Liability
5.1 By becoming a member, you acknowledge, agree, and accept to assume the risks associated with your participation in the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages for loss of profit or income caused by your involvement, registration, and participation in the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program.
5.2 To the extent permitted by law, all messages, data, rewards, and/or goods and/or services provided in connection with the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program, the Fika Home Living Warehouse website, membership applications, and/or electronic member accounts are provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties or representations, including but not limited to warranties of ownership, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, privacy, or non-infringement, or that they will be error-free, usable and/or any errors or malfunctions will be corrected, expressed or implied warranties or terms.
5.3 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages arising from: your registration, participation, and involvement in the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program, the Fika Home Living Warehouse website, Fika Home Living Warehouse membership application, and/or electronic member account; any rewards provided under the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program, goods and/or services redeemed; or any damages or injuries resulting from performance failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, operational or transmission delays, computer viruses, telecommunications failures, theft of online transmission information, software or hardware issues (including but not limited to data loss or compatibility issues), whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, responsibility, and/or any other cause (whether caused by us and/or third-party service providers).
5.4 Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, if your participation in the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program (including the use of membership and/or products and/or services) results in our potential legal liability under applicable law that cannot be disclaimed, such liability shall be limited to refunding you the cost of the points and/or rewards and/or goods and/or services you may have enjoyed during the relevant period, at our absolute discretion.
6 Personal Data
6.1 You explicitly agree and acknowledge that the information (including personal data) you provide for the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program will be used to update your personal data records, and we will consolidate and integrate all the personal data you provide to us (whether for the Fika Home Living Warehouse website, Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program, or any other loyalty programs) (including through automated means) to establish, manage, process, and maintain a single customer profile related to you. However, within the limits permitted by law, Fika Home Living Warehouse shall not be liable for the accuracy and completeness of such data updates. Therefore, we encourage you to check and update your personal data records when necessary.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) and the Privacy Policy of Fika Home Living Warehouse provided to you when you submit the Fika Home Living Warehouse Membership Program application form, which is also published on the Fika Home Living Warehouse E-shop and will be periodically updated.
7 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Fika Home Living Warehouse and members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8 General Terms
8.1 The Fika Home Living Warehouse E-shop and/or Fika Home Living Warehouse customer service hotline are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not provide any warranties, statements, or commitments regarding their accuracy or availability, nor do we guarantee that they will be error-free and/or any errors will be corrected. Without affecting the above circumstances, the Fika Home Living Warehouse E-shop and/or Fika Home Living Warehouse customer service hotline may be temporarily unavailable (e.g., due to nightly system updates, communication network or power failures, etc.). We will attempt and take reasonable measures to ensure that the customer E-shop and/or customer service hotline are restored as soon as possible during scheduled maintenance periods or after a malfunction.
8.2 Rewards and benefits are solely for individual members and may not be transferred and/or assigned to others, nor can they be exchanged for cash.
8.3 We may periodically offer new services related to membership to members, and these new services are also subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the service.
8.4 If we terminate the Fika Home Living Warehouse program for any reason, we will notify members through the Fika Home Living Warehouse website and/or other appropriate means/channels before the program's termination. Unused rewards as of the termination date will be canceled, not refundable, and not subject to recovery.
8.5 If a member violates these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a member has violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the membership in question, and/or take action to recover any damages and losses caused by and/or related to the member's breach.
8.6 Fika Home Living Warehouse reserves the absolute discretion to modify any provision of these Terms without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms is available on the Fika Home Living Warehouse E-shop.
