REFUND POLICY
The company only accepts returns and exchanges for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item with your order, please contact FikaHome Living Warehouse Customer Service Representative via Whatsapp at 97510301 or email at cs.eshop@fikahomehk.com for assistance. Products can be exchanged within seven days with the original packaging and receipt. After verification by the Customer Service Representative, arrangements will be made for you to return or exchange the item at the store. The company reserves the right to refuse to exchange items that have been signed for upon receipt.
Due to personal hygiene reasons, all personal care, bedroom, and bathroom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Products received over seven days ago cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
(a) All returned items must be unopened and unused;
(b) All parts, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards (unfilled), gifts, and promotional items must be intact and returned with the product;
(c) Original invoice must be presented.
Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the related exchange. If you fail to provide and return the required documents or items, the company reserves the right to reject your application.
